The project is located in the core area of the Urban Economic Development Zone in the south part of Changchun, about 10 km from the downtown. The southern New Town is one of Changchun’s double centers and such a comprehensive center as represented by the administration, business and high-end trade and commerce to represent Changchun’s future city image. Ruikai International is divided into three regions, of which the youth fashion community has adopted the ArtDeco architectural style of unique charm, the house type of rich characteristics and the design technique of commerce infiltrated with public landscape to create the largest youth fashion community in the northeast.
