The project is located at the foot of Qixia Mountain in Nanjing, adjacent closely to Qixia Temple, an ancient temple established in the Southern Dynasties. The architectural design has explored the culture of Qixia Temple and the culture of Nanjing Six-Dynasties to build such a unique space as of the Southern-Dynasties characteristics through the Southern-Dynasties architectural style and manor architectural composition and form. The design of architectural form has referred to the Southern-Dynasties architectural form to adopt the straight eave, concise owl-tail, zig-zag arch and one-dou-and-three-sheng combined structure to mould the sedate, gentle and exquisite Southern-Dynasties architecture. The architecture twists and turns along Jiuxiang River to form the magnificent Southern-Dynasties architectural complex.
