The project is located in the city-industry comprehensive development area in New Town to the east of Qixia Mountain in Nanjing. The overall architecture has extended the design concept of Qixia as a scenic city to create a harmonious relationship between human and nature. The architecture adopts the modern architectural style to introduce such Chinese landscape elements and relationships as mountain, water and lake to create such a future landscape artistic conception as to give the people an emotional sustenance and a sense of belonging. The architectural design has paid attention to the creation of green building and adopted a series of such advanced green building technology as electricity saving, water saving, material saving and large-scaled renewable energy. Through laying green plants on the building roof, building wall, air courtyard, corridor and platform, it has entirely realized the energy conservation and environmental protection.
