The project is located within the Xianxi Lake Park, bordering Beige Road in the west, Shanghai Road in the east, Xianping Avenue in the north, and opposite to the administrative center across the road. It has convenient transportation and obvious location advantage. Four-in-one project includes four major components: library, museum, archive and cultural center, with ground floor area of 28,419 square meters. The ground floor area of exhibition hall and conference center is 30,573 square meters.  The construction design takes "green", "technology”, "human", "environmental protection" and "energy" as the aim, large scale, multi-dimensional forms of greenery are adopted, surrounded by the main building. The design breaks the line between internal and external room, lead the natural environment into the room through the architectural form of "penetrated atrium", detailed practices of "light guided shutter" and modern "interior landscape" design, achieving harmony of architecture and environment, eliminating the boundary between the interior and exterior, people will feel more comfortable.
