The project is located in Yancheng Hi-tech Zone. The traffic is developed and the total planned land is about 161.8 mu. Main functions of planned area include commercial, business and hotel. The total construction area is about 300,000 square meters, reflecting the image of high-tech zones. Three assumptions are made in this plan, taking ecology, science and technology and environmental protection as the theme, build harmonious sustainable development areas of unique style and mixed functions.
