The project is located in the Dadong District of Shenyang with the total planned land area of 66.5 hectare. The design has been divided into three groups: the Waterfront Residential Community, Ecological Livable Community and Cultural Vitality Community. With its unique geographical location and good ecological environment, each group has combined with its surroundings, cooperated with the cultural atmosphere of the automobile theme park and taken full use of technological means, like smart city and ecological constructions etc. to build a residential community that is modern, fashion and dynamic.
