The project is located in Lingshan Bay Resort area of Huangdao District, Qingdao City. Taking the geographical advantages of embracing of the ocean and being close to the nature, and using the resources of Huangdao to develop marine economy and build the landmark marina. The project covers an area of about 3.6 hectares, with the construction area of 34,000 square meters. Inspired by the design of landing stage, the building integrates Huangdao maritime area which has 5 kilometers of fine sandy beaches and 3 kilometers of beach, to build a yacht featuring leisure and entertainment resort for high-end customers such as private yacht, sightseeing yacht and other yacht enthusiasts.
