The project is located at the junction of Langba Road south and Donggao Road of Yongqing County, Langfang City. It is the gateway for Beijing to enter Yongqing which has obvious advantages. The design retains as much as possible of the original favorable forest resources, taking this advantage to build the first "Forest Theme Urban Complex" in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. It will also become the major back garden of Beijing and the city lobby of Yongqing County. The layout of the building integrates the favorable natural environment, adopts open type block planning concept to form a dynamic fashion community with natural ecosystem and full of affinity.
