WHMCS live chat broken SSL error
Hi,
I am having a problem just like in the title. Instead of opening a ticket, I decided to post that problem here, as it may be a universal problem for WHMCS users who use LiveHelp add-on for support. Here is my problem...
I installed an SSL certificate where LiveHelp is installed with WHMCS (of course it's a Zomex Temp). On the pages where SSL is forced bu default (like domainchecker.php, submitticket.php, etc.), LiveHelp's livestatus picture link which changes according to your online status, somehow makes the browser show a warning that the site is partially encrypted. When I remove the
<a href="#" class="LiveHelpButton default"><img src="modules/livehelp/include/status.php" id="LiveHelpStatusDefault" name="LiveHelpStatusDefault" border="0" alt="Live Help" class="LiveHelpStatus"/></a>
code from the footer.tpl, everything works fine and page works with SSL without warnings. Is there any way to use that link (I want to show the support status on these “should be secure” pages) and not get any partially encrypted browser warnings?
Looking forward to your answers,
Thank you!

Figured out with the help of StarDevelop's quick response!
On the windows app, under settings tab select the images. And change all four image's links from http to https and, vualla!
Hope this helps someone

Hello Ilter,
That's great news!
In fact I also come across this problem on Zomex. At one point I was also using WHMCS's live chat. I noticed that all of the cart pages had a broken SSL certificate and it was also due to the livechat software loading images via http://.
Thanks for posting this on the forum, it's be very helpful for everything.
as it's specific to WHMCS rather than the templates (effects any WHMCS install) I'll move it to the WHMCS discussion category.
Thanks,

I have always wanted to try LiveZilla, but because it isn't remotely hosted I don't want to. If somebody offered livezilla hosting that'd be awesome.
